The Super Bench PRO is a fully adjustable workout bench. The bench can be positioned flat, upright, inclined or declined. Fully adjustable in 11 lock out angles for unlimited training possibilities. On top of that the bench is the base of a modular system allowing a multitude of attachments to be added to the bench. This is not just an adjustable bench, but the base of your complete home gym. The V2 is a renewed and improved version of the original Ironmaster Super Bench.

Fully adjustable and multifunctional
The Super Bench PRO provides 11 lock-out angles for incline, decline, flat and upright positions and the seat can be set to 3 different heights. These positions offer an unlimited amount of workout possibilities. The incline adjustment is extremely easy done within seconds. Simply push down the lever, adjust the seat angle and release the lever. The bench can be put in an angle of 0-85 degrees. Adjusting the seat height is just as easy by sliding the seat tube in• and out.
Note: we recommend using the Crunch Situp attachment with the bench for decline angles to help hold your legs. smaller declines are possible without the attachment.
Compatible with the Ironmaster Super Bench System of Attachments
The Super Bench PRO V2 is more than just a bench. It’s the base of a complete compact home gym. The bench can be equipped with most Super Bench attachments like the dip bar handles, a chin up bar or cable tower attachments. All accessories that have /PRO in the title are compatible.
Note: We have developed a new universal bench adapter, which is included in current stocks of the Cable Tower. This can be purchased separately if you have and older standard Cable Tower pieces that were only made to fit the original Super Bench. Comfortable workouts
The Super Bench PRO is designed with comfort in mind. The back pad is made of commercial grade quality to make it thick, firm and comfortable. The pad has a more narrow upper part to ensure a maximum range of motion while training. The incline seat pad is tapered towards the front to give the legs more room to move and can be adjusted up or down for optimum comfort. The incline seat moves with the backrest pad at any angle so they will always be perpendicular to each other, unlike other benches where the seat can have a shallow angle causing the user to slide off. This seat can be removed, leaving a large gapless pad.
Compact, lightweight and movable
The Super Bench PRO V2 is the ultimate space saver in your home gym. Compact and lightweight but still ultra-strong. The bench contains wheels and a convenient handle to move the bench around. The bench without seat weighs 29,5 kg and 31,3 kg including seat, making it light enough to lift and move even without using the wheels. All this without doing any concessions on the sturdiness and stability.
Superior construction
Like its predecessors, the Super Bench PRO V2 is manufactured from top-rated materials for superior build quality. Constructed from 11 & 12 gauge super strong steel frame, this bench has a 450 kg weight load capacity in the flat position and a 272 kg capacity in incline and upright positions.
The bench includes a unique patented laser-cut ring with foot lever adjustment that can be operated from both sides of the bench. Making it extremely easy to adjust. Its high-density and thick commercial grade pad is furnished with durable vinyl upholstery. For extra protection against rust and wear and tear, the Super Bench PRO V2 is equipped with a textured, black powder-coated frame with chrome components.
10 year warranty
Each Super Bench comes with a 10-year warranty for the frame and structural components and a one-year warranty for the normal wear parts such as rubber, surface finishes and upholstered items.
