The new Ironmaster Ultimate Row Handle is a proprietary design that offers the performance of many different kinds of Row bar exercises all in one. Not only a great heavy-end barbell row handle, it also works excellently with cable systems for Lat pulls and rows. The Double adjustable handles offer standard or neutral grips at many different widths.
This heavy-duty handle is made to use with an Olympic barbell with a diameter of 50 mm. We recommend that you first place the handle on the barbell and then add Weight plates. The handles can be adjusted narrower or wider for different muscle activation with standard or neutral handle options. The angle of 15 degrees of the square Bar makes the handles in the ideal angle and ensures good mobility.
For cable training There is a hook connection in the middle of the bar. This allows the ultimate row handle to be used as a lat pull lever.
